Return & Refund Policy

At Gym Chick, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at thomasvstultz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
